Creation Flow began with a simple observation: the modern world has handed us extraordinary tools and stolen something essential — rhythm, attention, and the capacity to rest.
We built this platform to give it back. Eight pathways, seven stages, one weekly reset. A path you can walk for the rest of your life.
From the Founder
A journey born from loss — and a calling to restore the flow.
Creation Flow was created by Pastor Peter Luke Baptiste and is sponsored by the Norwalk Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
The idea for this site was born after the sudden death of my older brother, Jeremiah David Baptiste, from a rare disease known as sarcoidosis. His passing awakened me to a hard truth: I had been taking for granted the natural, energetic flows that give us health — and my own life had drifted completely out of rhythm and out of balance.
Since then I have embarked on a serious journey to find balance again, and to restore the pathway through which God's healing energy flows to create new life in my entire being. Creation Flow is that path — shared, so you can walk it too.
