What we collect
Account information (email, display name), your daily check-ins, journal entries, assessment results, coach conversations, and basic usage analytics (pages viewed, features used). We do not ask for or store medical records.
Why we collect it
To run the app for you — saving your progress, personalizing the coach, computing your Flow Score, and improving the product. Aggregate analytics help us see which habits are most helpful.
Who can see it
You — always. A small team at Creation Flow on a least-privilege basis for support and safety. Anything you share into a Flow Circle is visible to that circle. Public testimonies you submit to Stories are public only with your explicit opt-in.
We do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
AI Coach interactions
Coach conversations are processed by a large-language-model provider to generate replies and are stored against your account so the coach can remember context. Please do not enter emergency medical, legal, or crisis information. See the AI Coach Disclaimer.
How to export or delete your data
Email privacy@creationflow.org from your account address to request an export or full deletion. We will respond within 30 days. You can also clear your coach history at any time from the Coach screen.
Security
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is logged and limited. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
Children
Creation Flow is intended for users 13+ (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.

We will post changes here and update the date above. Significant changes will be announced in-app.
